Burrell House
Burrell House is an old property where given its age a lot of traditional construction methods had been used.
The ground floor had been badly affected by flooding from a leaking kitchen pipe and most rooms had to be stripped out, dried and then put back together in the old fashioned way.
This work involved new wall surfaces, new floors, a new kitchen together with new second fix items and total redecoration.
The works were completed on time and to the satisfaction of both the Client and the Insurers
